RODCAL provides planning and management of complex design and construction of multidisciplinary projects.
RODCAL can coordinates and facilitates communication with all the project participants, key stakeholders and regulatory agencies during the planning and implementation of the project.
The Planning Phase involves the development of the Project Master Schedule and Cost Estimate Budget. During this Phase, RODCAL develops registered risk to assist the owner in reducing the program’s risk to develop and implement mitigation measures on every phase of the project. RODCAL has the capability to assist the owner preparing the ITB, making the corresponding clarifications, bid evaluation and negotiations until the Technology License Agreement, PDP and FEED Agreements or Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts are issued. During the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Phase, RODCAL facilitates communication and coordination with all project parties and provide project control services including: the monitoring and tracking of the program’s budget and schedule, and their associated periodic reporting. RODCAL’s program management services include: Engineering Management, Financial Management, and Risk Management.
